Desktop Filler Example - Electronic Health Insurance Claim
A patient needs to fill out a health insurance claim. With Form Filler, the receptionist can select the name of the health insurance claim from a drop down list on their desktop. Then, the receptionist selects the patient's information from the database. The patient's information is automatically populated to the electronic health insurance claim and printed.
As the patient continues through the hospital visit, the rest of the electronic health insurance claim fields are hand-written and signed accordingly. Upon completion, the finished health insurance claim is scanned and automatically routed to the printer in the Accounts Receivable department, faxed to the patient's insurance company, and archived to the hospital's document repository.
