Ricoh Lan Fax System Integration

Modular Object Scanning Technology (MOST) provides on-demand distribution of documents right from the convenience of the multi-function peripheral (MFP). MOST seamlessly integrates with major devices such as Ricoh LAN Fax, providing the following features and benefits:

  • Scan documents to fax from the MFP screen.
  • Specify Lan Fax options - enter fax numbers, subjects, notes, cover pages, etc.
  • Access public and private phonebooks.
  • Add, edit, and delete entries in public or private phonebooks directly on the MFP screen.
  • View real time statuses of all faxes that have been sent on the MFP screen.
  • Control and monitor fax documents from a web portal.
  • Customize workflow with the MOST Designer - modify the MOST interface to fit particular document needs.
  • Only one Ricoh copy machine and/or standalone Ricoh Lan Fax machine is utilized for the entire system.
  • The entire system only requires one phone line.
  • Provides Enterprise Scan to Fax capabilities that are feature rich.
  • The entire solution is Ricoh and supported directly by Ricoh.
