If you are in need of Support, the following options are available:

  • Contact Your Reseller
    Our resellers are typically knowledgeable of our product. Since they are also familiar with how you are using the software, they may be able to assist with any questions you may have.
  • Support Forum
    Our Free Support Forum is where you can post your issue and members of FabSoft support or other users can respond. You can also browse through the forum and see if any past postings contain helpful information.
  • Purchase a Support Incident
    To use this option, you must have Reform v11, Reform v12, or Reform PDC

    Support incidents are only for those that are having issues with products that have already been installed. A representative from FabSoft will contact you in order to resolve your issue. Support incidents are $250 per incident and include up to 3 hours of support per incident. For assistance with making new changes to workflow, FabSoft offers Consultation and Scope of Work requests (detailed below).
  • FabSoft Consultation
    To use this option, you must have Reform v11, Reform v12, or Reform PDC

    FabSoft Consultation is given per hour and is only for those that need assistance with making any changes or additions to their workflow. A representative from FabSoft will contact you in order to provide reasonable guidance and direction. Assistance is given on a best effort basis and FabSoft cannot guarantee that every support request will be resolved. The minimum block of time you can purchase is (5) hours.   • Request a Scope of Work (SOW)
    To use this option, you must have Reform v11, Reform v12, or Reform PDC

    Scope of Work requests are generally for those making major changes to their workflow (over 15 hours of work). A representative from FabSoft will work with you in order to clearly define the desired workflow and collect data samples.  A FabSoft engineer will review the request and create a Scope of Work. Although this may take up to three weeks to complete, we will guarantee our work and that it will be completed within the amount of time disclosed in the SOW.   • Support for Ricoh Reform PDC
    To use this option, you must have Reform PDC

    If you purchased Reform PDC from the Ricoh channel, please contact the Ricoh Solution Help Desk for support: (888)424-1573 or solutions@ricoh-usa.com. You are also free to use any of our support options listed above.

*Recommendation: First, please try consulting the Training Website or the Product Manuals for general questions and using our Support Forum for more technical assistance, since these tools are free of charge.
