Desktop Filler - Populate Customized Electronic Forms Automatically

Form-FillerDesktop Filler is an innovative custom form design solution that converts pre-printed forms to an electronic format and allows users to access, auto-populate, process, and print from a desktop PC or MFP. From the desktop, users can create custom forms using the built-in Desktop Filler WYSIWYG editor and automatically populate them with customer information from a database.

At the MFP, users can select a form template from a drop down list, dynamically look up customer information, specify the routing destination, and print it.  When printed, the populated form will contain all of the customer’s information and is routed to an archive system, fax, or email. These custom forms are extremely powerful, accurate, and eliminate costly errors due to unclear, handwritten information on pre-printed forms.
