FabSoft's Reform can be used to produce and print checks with existing preprinted checks or it can be used in order to print checks onto plain paper. There are no special functions required to create checks and it is as simple as designing any other form.
Reform also includes a built-in password security function to allow total control over Reform usage. Each check form can be individually password protected in two ways:
- To protect the check form from unauthorized modification.
- To protect the form from unauthorized check printing.
Important factors:
- Image linking can be using to reference different signatures and logos.
- Scripting can be using to store check #, routing # and bank account #'s.
- Data fields can be duplicated.
- Can be used to print checks on plain paper or check stock.
- MICR is used for check #, account # and routing #. MICR comes with Reform Enterprise
