Toyota & Mitsubishi Dealership:

A Toyota and Mitsubishi dealership wanted to save printing costs, and they were very unhappy with the antiquated printing equipment that ADP supplied as part of their leasing arrangement. The users were constantly fixing or correcting the printers, which caused user and customer frustrations. With Reform, all of these issues were easily corrected. Web archive and office site storage was used, as well as exporting the form data to a database for enhanced reporting usage.

This Ford dealer needed to reduce the cost of the ADP printing system. ADP was charging them for thier printers, toner, pre-printed forms, and a click charge per form. This was very expensive, and with Reform these costs were eliminated.

The archive system that Reform used stored all documents in a vector PDF format. This format retains 100% reprint clarity and is also searchable. Users can place search information in their web browser such as clients’ name and item number to pull up all related information. Each form that Reform processed was sent to an off site secure server. This process was done at the time of each print job, and not as a nightly process, so all the information was just in time. At the end of month the information was burned onto a CD ROM.

This Dealership has been running perfectly since 8/1/02.
