Control printer and MFP's - Reform can control duplexing, bin and tray location, collating, stapling and secure pin controls. Reform has been qualified with Xerox, Ricoh, Minolta, HP, Canon, Sharp, Konica, Lanier, Savin and Epson. Reform can control all features and functions of any devices as long as the device manufacturer complies with Microsoft Windows printer technology.
Fax
systems - Reform can interface with most fax system such
as Captaris's
RightFAX, Castelle's
Faxpress, Omtool's
Genifax, Esker's VSI fax, Winfax etc. More and more corporations
are using Windows based fax systems for their desktop, and this allows
users to combine AS/400 faxes with the Windows based faxes allowing
total control from one central location.
Email systems - Reform can send vector PDF emails.
Reform can also send email using secure HIPPA compliant email
for full tractability and security.
Storage
Systems - Reform can send a copy to storage systems such
as Ricoh's
eCabinet, Ricoh
DocumentMall, Xerox's
DocuShare and LibertyIMS.
Reform can control indexes, formatting, subject, notes and directory
locations.
