Your product Reform has changed the way we do business, we are saving hours each week because of the document handle feature that comes with your product. Reform was so easy to use and install, Reform looks like it is part of our Peachtree Account System. Your system has allowed us to rid our selves of the headaches of dot matrix and multi-part forms.
Our customer service has greatly improved do to Reform. Our clients receive an instant response to their order requests without our order agents lifting a finger. We set Reform up to send our clients a fax or e-mail automatically.
The purchasing has change forever, in our business most PO’s get fax out immediately. The old way used to be the purchasing agent printing out the PO, hand writing the fax cover page then hand feeding them through the fax machine. Now he just prints the PO to Reform and he done.
