DocumentMall lets you store, retrieve and manage files using the Internet. With DocumentMall, you can create a document archive that can be shared and collaborated on, regardless of location. Using an electronic archive such as DocumentMall increases immediate access to information, which improves company productivity. It also provides off-site storage protection, so important documents cannot be damaged or lost. Reform
- Reform improves efficiency by producing professional-quality forms from any host system. Reform captures the print stream data and adds an enhanced, form overlay.
- Documents are automatically archived to DocumentMall, with all of the necessary indexes and directory locations.
- Forms are also automatically distributed to printers, fax and e-mail systems.
Modular Object Scanning Technology (MOST)
- MOST provides on-demand management of multiple document types from the convenience of the MFP.
- Users can scan documents to DocumentMall, printers, fax and e-mail, and select options for each destination.
- Specify DocumentMall directory locations, indexes, descriptions, document types and more, right from the MFP screen.
User Printing from an Application
- When a user prints from their application, they can specify distribution to DocumentMall, printers, fax and e-mail from the Reform Print Driver Menu.
- From the Reform Print Driver Menu, users can enter directory locations, indexes, descriptions, document types, etc. for archiving to DocumentMall.
Tag Doc
- Tag Doc enables management of outgoing and incoming paperwork, which is usually difficult to keep track of.
- Upon scanning printed documents, Tag Doc intelligently archives them to DocumentMall, so the progress of the entire workflow can be tracked.
- Ideal for monitoring documents that have collected notations or signatures, such as contracts, pick tickets, etc.
Document Authority Control (DAC)
- DAC provides administration functionality that enables users to supervise and regulate the path of critical documents, making sure the right people review them before they are processed.
- Once all of the necessary people have reviewed and approved the documents, they are automatically distributed to DocumentMall, printers, fax and e-mail.
Snap Doc
- Snap Doc automates the process of managing and distributing digital photographs taken with a Ricoh 500SE Digital Camera.
- Uploaded photographs are automatically associated with a form and distributed to DocumentMall, printers, fax and e-mail.
- Photographs are embedded with GPS coordinates so users can view the location of where the picture was taken.
