Reform Fundamentals I

Course Description An introductory class to FabSoft's Reform. This class will teach the student how to install Reform, capture print streams from major operating systems such as Windows and UNIX, how to develop forms, and the basics of dynamically routing forms to email, fax, or print. By the end of the class the student will understand the basics of how Reform works and how to recognize some simple scenarios where Reform can be used as a powerful solution.
Recommended Pre-requisites A review of the Reform Online Tutorial and training videos would be beneficial.
Required installations The following should be installed on the student's PC/laptop prior to class: Reform Enterprise v12 with SavetoFile, Email - SMTP, Lookup Database, RightFax. Must also have a web browser that is JAVA enabled.

Reform Fundamentals II

Course Description An introductory class to Reform that builds upon the material taught in Reform Fundamentals I. This class will focus on the dynamic routing of documents to archive systems, email, and fax machines. It will also explore some of Reform's other functions such SavetoFile and Reform's PDF writer. A very basic introduction to scripting is introduced in this class. By the end of this class the student should have a firm understanding of Reform's core functions and be able to recognize some simple and more advanced scenarios where Reform can be used as a powerful solution.
Recommended Pre-requisites Reform Fundamentals I. A review of the Reform online tutorial and training videos would also be beneficial.

Course Description This class introduces Reform's proprietary barcode system called Tag Doc. This class will teach the student how to install, configure, and implement the Tag Doc bar-coding system. The student will learn these principles by developing several real world applications that utilize Tag Doc. By the end of the class the student will have a thorough understanding of Tag Doc and be able to recognize some common scenarios where Tag Doc can be utilized as a solution.

The class will focus on how to write custom scripts that will format data, pull information from a database, and error checking. A strong understanding of Reform Fundamentals I & II is a must to be successful in this class.
Recommended Pre-requisites Reform Fundamentals I & II. Knowledge of some programming language preferred.

Modular Object Scanning Technology Fundamentals I

Course Description An introduction to FabSoft's Modular Object Scanning Technology (MOST) application. The student will learn how to install Modular Object Scanning Technology, how to design user interfaces, and how to assign users to interfaces. The student will also learn how to collect information from an MFP and produce forms with that information. By the end of this class the student should have a general understanding of how Modular Object Scanning Technology works and recognize some common scenarios where Modular Object Scanning Technology can be implemented as a powerful solution. A good understanding of Reform Fundamentals I & II will be very beneficial in getting the most from this class.

Modular Object Scanning Technology Fundamentals II

Course Description An introduction to FabSoft's Modular Object Scanning Technology (MOST) application that builds upon the material presented in Modular Object Scanning Technology Fundamentals I. The class will cover Form Filler, Bate stamping, document auditing, and other core features. By the end of the class the student will have a good understanding of the core features of Modular Object Scanning Technology and be able to recognize some common scenarios where it can be implemented as a powerful solution. A good understanding of Reform Fundamentals I & II is a must for this class. An understanding of Tag Doc would also be beneficial.
