Data Handling & Lifecycle
We are committed to full transparency regarding how customer data is protected throughout its lifecycle:
- Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted to and from AI File Pro is encrypted using TLS 1.3.
- Encryption at Rest: All stored data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption standards.
- HIPAA Compliance: A HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is included with every healthcare customer contract.
- Data Retention & Deletion: Customer data is permanently deleted within 30 days following contract termination.
